Co-Founder & Label Manager
Nikola Popović is the central point of contact and forms the interface between the stakeholders and the label. He is a full-time all-rounder not only of sales and organizational issues, but is also jointly responsible for the production of all visual media assets. As co-founder of the label, he always motivates the right spirit as well as cohesion in the squad.
CHRISTOPHER LUKE KONRAD
Co-Founder & Artist
Christopher Luke Konrad developed the vision of the label and launched the "New Movement" with Nikola Popović. As the co-founder and first artist at BBO, he embodies the values and "squad mentality" of the label. In his role as LZY. he lives out his passion for music and completely redefines the boundaries between R&B, hip-hop and trap.
CHRISTIAN
PALAND
Head of Business Development & Producer
Christian Paland is particularly responsible for operations management and ensures clear processes and structures within the label. In addition, he oversees strategy development and supports Nikola Popović in marketing and sales issues. In his role as a music producer, he is not only responsible for building beats and mixing, but also for the musical project organization.
Pascal Niedzwietz brings the necessary balance to the BBO Core Team. He promotes the creation of a sustainably positive label culture and, with his stable character, shapes healthy decision-making in BBO management. In addition to beat making and mixing, he is also responsible for networking with other producers and artists.
